I just got the best value for my money. Bought an exercise bike from here after searching from nearly4 shops and need to say i was very satisfied. Would recommend this place to everyone who want a good bargain for their buck.

I will give ZERO STAR to this company, product and SERVICE. Poor quality product and "TERRIBLE customer service" experience. I feel cheated and embarrassed worth 18k. I had recently ordered and purchased a prime fitness Orbitrac Model no. PR 511 from Castlewood Parkstreet Branch. The product sold is low grade and defective. Its chain/bearings produce grizzling sound. This will gradually increase over the period. We reported the event immediately to the person who came for assembly. We even insisted to take a video of it. He and the salesperson Mr. Pal, who attended during the order, straightway and recklessly refuted to our complain. The demo guy was extremely rude to senior citizens of our family and didn't even bother to give us a demo of the machine. The sales-person clearly lied to us when asked about the quality and service provided by Castlewood. He convinced us only to get the order and payment. People like these ruin the reputation (whatever little they have) of the company. Highly NOT RECOMMENDED to PURCHASE any PRODUCT based on my personal experience.

They are no less than theives. Sell products which are assembled with old parts, but put branded label. Their talking is Honey filled, but all fraud and double face. i know what I faced and how I got my refund back.
