Calcutta National Medical College, I visited to get my scaling done in the dental department. I visited in a Saturday and the place wasn’t very crowded like other days of the week. You can go and get a checkup any day except Sun because the hospital is closed on Sundays. You have the option to go and enter your name in the entry list till 2pm, post that the entry desks are closed and 2pm is the closing time for the day.

The doctors and the staff were good and the dental department was quite clean compared to a dental hospital. The hospital and the college campuses are different. They’re on different sides of road, so if you have any academic related questions, don’t go to the hospital. Mostly people are unaware of where the departments are. Hope this review helps whoever is looking to visit.

Medical facilities not so good. My patient and my family has experienced horrible things. In ENT surgery there was lack of oxygen cylinder when it required. Actually this the real scenario of our country’s medical system. Common people is hopeless at their medical emergency.. But one last word- Yes its not so good but its free.

This government hospital is very crowded and too busy near park circus railway station kolkata. Aslo this hospital is very unhygienic But the medicine and treatment provided here are quite good. Aslo there are facilities of sastho sathi card.
