Nice gym to work out along with an excellent trainer.
Training since 1 month now..... Here is what I have experienced till now.
Before : Weight 74kg
Low stamina
Low fitness
After 1 month : Weight 69.78kg
Pushups 25 * 3 sets
Biceps and body shape improved as yoj can see in the picture.
Fat reduced and gained muscle

This gym is really very good, Raju sir guides us and corrects our mistake. The members are also very friendly and humble
