***STOP DISRESPECTING YOUR CUSTOMER ***** long review Alert

this is my worst experience in any cafe so far . Let me just start with the food first : I ordered 1 masala lassi and 1 strawberry lassi , which tasted normal .
Then I ordered fish finger with cheesey fries .
I was shocked to see the fries quantity and their audacity to call it cheesy fries ????
5 pcs of fish finger with thick skin and very less fish and a strong flavour of zinger and 5-10 french fries (see the pic) the souce they served with it was a mixture of kasundi & honey(I guess)
Now the #Price : As per the menu , 1 masala lassi :79 bucks
1 strawberry lassi : 129 bucks
Fish finger : 179 buck
Now the real disappointment reason : the cafe was not providing a proper bill , they texted us the bill which is fine but when we checked then noticed we were charged for 1 strawberry and 1 mango lassi(high price) and the price mentioned is 122.26 for each instead of 129 each . And 10.25 , 10.25 charged for gst , sgst .
They do not have gst number so as per rules they should not charge it , also writing wrong item on bill is also unprofessional. Then when we went to ask the reason for charging gst sgst and wrong item . The billing counter lady started shouting on us , we were very polite and our tone was pretty low . But her voice went higher and higher . Anyway we paid the amount and left but this is highly unprofessional and bad service. ****STOP DISRESPECTING YOUR CUSTOMER *****

Nice, cozy cafe near jadavpur central bus terminal. Staffs are really friendly.

The service was average. But I am less than happy about the food. I ordered a Deep Blue Sea drink and it tasted like lemonade but without lemon. My friends ordered a burger which was pretty good. But the other dishes were also average. Also, most of the items on the menu were unavailable, so our options were limited.
