First of all, it's an outlet and it's not a restaurant, second I don't know about others but I ordered some Chinese from swiggy for me and my friend and it was quite good actually, not great or amazing but I have seen reviews that it has served worst foods and I actually don't know about that coz we(I mean me and my friends) only ordered once or twice from there. So this review is based on my experience.

It's very bad. We ordered through zomato/swiggy. Last moment, they cancelled. Called up Bigg Belly. Though they have a young boy for delivery purpose, they refused to send the food. Since it was nearby, my daughter had to go and pick up the food.
The veg noodles were absolutely bland, had hardly any vegetables. Bad food. Silly people. Period.

Ordered through swiggy. Everything was so bad that we could not eat. Had to throw them away. Both pulao and rice were old, they were smelly like it's made few days back. Chicken wasn't even fully cooked. Very hard to chew and had a suspicious smell. Never ordering from here again.
