Only option to contact this branch is physical visit. No one respond to email or their number doesn't work. Trying to obtain my original homeloan document for more than a year, visited many times. But everytime the response like we will get from.main branch and let you know. Seriously fed up with this branch. Better choose other bank.

Location wise good. Staffs are good and polite. The lady manager is not so knowledgeable, for that you have to fwce problem at some time.

Good banking service, staffs are helpful. Waiting period is less. Though I am not satisfied with their way of online banking registration process. They are not user friendly.
