Felt like we were conned by a bunch of scammers. Wouldn't recommend this place at all. We went there with the original receipt to cash out a bangle we bought from them a few years ago with a new one. The store looked pretty run down inside and out. They had 2 reps saying different things and constantly disagreeing. The problems started when they quoted us 32 % less gold than was on the original sale. They deducted (randomly) an additional ~8% more gold from what was reported on the spectrometer analysis and they wouldn't say why. We were told this only after the old bangle was melted, so we didn't have much of a choice after that. They refused to acknowledge their own hallmarked product. They made a couple of errors in calculation and corrected one of them reluctantly. We wanted to pay with an international credit card using INR and they made us wait for 45 minutes before they let us pay. Overall rating: How are they still in business?

Do not buy jwellery from B sirkar. Their quality is highly compromised.
I bought a bangle in 2017 . The bangle was around 16 grm. After a year of usage, suddenly the bangle has broken in two pieces. I never ever had such experience with any of my jwellery. That's one of the weird experience I had. Anyway ,after that, I rushed to the branch to get some good bangles in exchange. But nothing was of my size and all the designs were old. I don't know whether purposefully they have not showed the desired one or they have stopped making good designs. Since nothing was choicable ,we asked for money back. But limitations are more than relaxations. For their own jwellery they will not give you the current rate if you want a buy back . The rates are depends on their main branch office colleagues who are sitting in boubazzar. So for any money back you have to visit to their bou bazar office . The branches are helpless to support you. After all this tantrums,we finally forced us to buy their jwellery.Against 16 GM's of jwellery we got 13 grms, since their making charges are 22-30% on the current rate. In one side, for exchange jwellery if you want money back, they will not allow you to get the current rate and in another side if you don't want money back, for each jwellery exchange they will charge you higher making charges on the current rate. I recommend please think twice before buying jwellery from B sirkar . The quality and policies both are compromised. And before you put your hard earned money think twice.

Their items have some problem or the other. Bought a thick chain in April 2021 and it broke into two within 3 months and was used only thrice. Also bought a bangle with "pyanch" Called bauti but the screw kept on coming off. Please avoid at all cost.
