I have been using Assitance for almost a year now and have been very happy with their service. Jayanta Chakraborty manages the relationship for my parents. He is responsible and responsive and that’s such an important thing when I am miles away. Recently, there was a need for urgent care and hosjoitalization and Jayanta and Assistance management handled it professionally and efficiently. It’s reassuring to know your parents are in the best hands in your absence. I highly recommend their service if you are looking for elder care for your loved ones.

I am extremely happy with their service.Special mention to Mr.Rajesh and Kaushik(both of them are just a call away 24*7).I am able to stay away from home with peace of mind leaving my parents back in hometown just because of them.All the best to the entire team.I highly recommended their service.
