The staff was friendly and professional, and the facility was clean and well-maintained. The appointment scheduling process was quick and easy, and I didn't have to wait long to be seen by the technician. It an average diagnostic center and the prices here are quite reasonable

I called Asha the the hope and asked for the cost of some tests given by the doctor....... They picked up the call and told to send the prescription in WhatsApp... I did that after that they didn't respond.......Even i have called 2-3 times they told that they will inform...... Worst service then i called Apollo they told the cost on call and i booked the test slot...... I will recommend not to go there.... Lots of options are there. And management team please take strict actions against this .

Worst diagnostic centre, I used to be a regular customer as it's near my house, but recently I had a bad experience, in emergency I needed to cancel my booking, they said they don't have permission to cancel from management, and I can talk yo management after 3 months to get my money back. Even top diagnostic centers like Suraksha allow cancellation. Moreover there's nothing written anywhere, all verbal. There's no guarantee that I will get my refund as it was verbal. You lost your regular customer due to bad management, not only that I will spread the word and cause more customer loss to you.
