Location had been changed in salt lake city. So please go to the salt lake city rather then park Street. If you came here this will be a big time loss.
People of this area do not know where is the anthropology survay of india,even many educated persons. Please Anthropology survay of india main room is behind the Indian museum. And it is been shifted at kolkata.so there is no help or services are not available here.
Today I am very frauatreted to find it.

The Anthropological Survey of India was established 1st in Kolkata. And it's the headquarter about it. This is a training center for advanced students in anthropology and for administration.
It conducts bio-cultural research on Indian population, collects and preserves documents of scientific interest about the people of India.
The main objectives of the organization to collect samples of arts and crafts of the tribes of India.
