Absolute worst customer service. The employees act like they're the overlords and the manager is nothing but a leashed puppet at their hands. They are not too wrong to assume this.
They refused to open a new account citing unreasonable, unrealistic, and incomprehensible, and unlawful reasons. I would have raised a complaint with the ombudsman if only I cared enough about their existence.

This bank and it's manager and the staff woh seat before the printing machine is total bogus they ask me why I do so many UPI transaction from savings account, I don't know this bank demote the UPI transaction for which reason but the person before the. Printing machine is anti Nation by heart talking radiculus against PM Modi and demoralizing those who are not local to the branch.

Newly opened branch. It has been operational since last three four years. Small branch with few employees. Hence the waiting time is high.
