Words are just not enough to describe our instructors. They make us stronger not only physically but mentally as well. They teach karatae as well as mixed martial arts. We learn a variety of self defence techniques here and childrens are tough about good touch and bad touch as well.

It has been almost a year since I have joined and the experience that I have got is just wonderful. The instructors here do their best to teach us different techniques for self defense. They are very helpful and caring. The dedication they have got to their work is just insanely good and they have my utmost respect.

I love alpha fitness and self defence ...I never seen such instructer like sayan sir and poulomi mam ..they are not like other teacher..they are very friendly....I like the style we are tought ...sir/mam gave us the opportunity to learn different style in one single course....thank you.........
