Worst experience when it comes to selling or buying gold or jewelry.

These people have no respect for customer or any work ethics.

My suggestion find another shop to do your business as gariahat and Kolkata is filled with jewelry shops.

Example lokenath jewelers which is opposite the road to these scammers.

And just look at their response they don't even care about the customers experience only about there precious fake and bought reviews. Pathetic.

I wish I could give them zero stars. I had gone there a month back to sell a gold ring of mine and a pair of gold earrings too. I entered the shop and asked them if I could sell my things here and they just checked me from top to toe with disgusting eyes and then said in a rude manner that no they won't take it, they also added that selling gold for cash is not what they do and asked me to leave. So I left the shop. Now yesterday I called and asked them if I could sell my gold coins there and they told to go visit the shop. Today in the morning again as I entered the shop, they scrutinized me from head to toe. I told them that I had called them about selling my gold coins and that I've come to sell those and collect the cash. They said that "Na hobena", meaning no we won't do it. So I said that I had called them and then I came and in reply they said that "call korle ki hobe, hobene ekhane", meaning doesn't matter if you've called, we won't do it. And let me add, they were checking me out as if I was some beggar. Disgusting shop and DISGUSTING SERVICE.

I think that many people who wrote about this store are right that they don't behave well with customers.
