Very unprofessional service by a bunch of uninformed people. We made a booking for home collection on 8th March, around 3 PM approximately for the next day. The patient was in so much pain and couldn't take medicines or eat anything prior to the test. On calling the concerned person multiple times who was supposed to come for collection, there was no response. After endless waiting and repeated trying, when we called the centre, the receptionist had the audacity to say that we are not aware about any bookings. Apparently their staff are on leave, which no one had informed us about while confirming the booking.

For those reading this, there are better diagnostic centers in the city. Please do not (read: do not) reach out to Accurate Healthcare. You will be putting someone's life on stake.

So, I just went in to the place for a few tests and the manager of the place just started yelling at the staff there making a scene. (Just to describe the situation, it is supposed to be a medical care place and not a place where they make people hyped up for some random thing.) He should not have done that specially knowing that the patients are waiting for their results and treatment. It absolutely sucks when you have to be at a place where it should be calm but is not and just making people's blood rate faster for the sake of it.
