I took my grandfather for one treatment more than a month ago. its been 34 days he is still admited . All the Helpers are untrained illiterate and have no civil or human ethics. They are using the same sheets and nebulizer mask for every patient. My grandfather is currently battling for his life because of this corruption organization.

Availability of specialist doctor is very very less. Not even a Gastroenterologist is available. The reception ladies said he used to come before but nowadays they are not sure when or whether he will even come or not. And they say this is the only popular nursing home in Jalpaiguri.
