Vivekananda Athithi Nivas in Belur Math is a beautiful place to stay, but it is located a little too far from the main math, which can be a drawback for older people. The walk to the math from the guesthouse can be a bit of a challenge, as it is around 700 meters, which may be difficult for those with mobility issues. The guesthouse itself is well-maintained and has all the basic amenities one needs for a comfortable stay. The surroundings are peaceful, and the staff is friendly and helpful.

However, the distance from the main math can be a hindrance for those who are interested in visiting the math regularly. The walk to the math can be quite tiring, especially in hot weather, and it may be better to arrange for a rickshaw for transportation.
