Salkia Chhatra Byam Samity is a 3 storey building located in Ashutosh Mukherjee Lane. It is majorly used by localites for hosting birthday parties and can accomodate around 100 people.if the crowd is a moving one. Not really good if you are looking to host major ones as there are no garages and the road on either side is very narrow and the biggest car that you can bring is swift dzire though they are high chances that you brush your car on either of the side if not very careful. The ideal way to utilise this is using it as a lodge when you are hosting a marriage ceremony and you have atleast 50-60 people coming from outside of the state to attend the marriage. The first and 2nd floor can be used for bedding purpose and food and everything can be cooked on the 3rd floor that has a kitchen set up and the food can be served on the ground floor. I had myself rented the building on my sister's marriage and this helped pretty well to accommodate guest visiting from outside. We had paid around 14000 rupee as rent for 3 days in 2019. So this is pretty much about this place let me know if you are looking for some other information specifically, since I stay just one building apart I cam help further with this place.

Famous place for Durga Puja. Good behaviour of the staffs of the club. Can be easily seen from the road beside it near the Golabari Police Station.
