Most ridiculous service and system I ever seen. The horrible thing is first come first serve. Then why you book advance payment for patient. Token number generate as per advance book. But when patient come to the RB diagnostic centre then policy has been change to first come first serve. Then what is the benefit of advance book??? I think you must be change your system policy. A nine months pregnant woman come for USG then you should try to serve the patient first because a longer wait is very harmful for the patient. Your policy should be First serve as per patient health instead of First come first serve. There are many diagnostic centers in the market where blood tests and other lab test are done at very low cost. Even though your prices are too high, but your service is not up to expectations.

I took an appointment with Dr. Sumana Dutta and had a great experience in terms of management at RB Diagnostic Centre. The front desk representatives were of great help and especially their behavior. The plus point was if you go for a checkup within a week or want to share your test reports, it is free!

I have had an ECG in RB, Andul branch on 2nd May, 2023.The technician Ladli Das is prompt and well behaved. All staff are also efficient and supportive there.
