Cake quality was average. The cake was not so fresh.

Worst franchise. I have order a cake through swiggy and they intentionally sent wrong cake.

I am a regular customer of Monginis & Mio Amire (both) at multiple shop centres of both the brands. It's pretty close to my house but they have a very bad behavior and food are not fresh enough. People cannot even seat & sit and just have a talk for 5 mins though I am a buyer with higher credit.
I am not happy . And food storage is not that great. Very few items available where rest centres of Monginis have better behavior with better food quality.
