Doctors are good, but management and admin not up to the mark to provide services. Patients are hopeless, when they really need help from aaya or nurse. Nurses are not trained. Foods are worst and unhygienic.

The owner runs the clinic with untrained health workers. For example her laboratory technician has no medical training. She even uses this said untrained "laboratory technician" as S2 during her surgeries. Each and every staff is idiotic. Everything is utterly mismanaged.

It is one of the best ICU centre at howrah. There are experienced doctor as well as nurse too.and Dr shiuli mukherjee is well experienced and co-operative doctor. The environment is also so clean. My grand mother was admitted at there ICU. They give there 100% effort and save her life.
