Love the openness and space. Early in the mornings, it’s filled with walkers, people exercising, practising yoga. The grounds open at 7.
The museum opens at 10 and is home to a lot of historic railiway treasures, some dating back to the 19th century.
A must visit when in Kolkata. It’s definitely on the list of things to do in Bengal

Beautiful Place for Kids to Visit. It's one of the finest places to get a glimpse of Indian Railways. Beautiful Place to enjoy and icing on the Cake is The Toy Train. An informative and Educational Place to Visit ????????

Not a "very" big place but it is nicely decorated within the small area it is in. The real train coaches have been nicely maintained here and the securities stay on guard always. There is also a nice toy-train inside, to ride. There is even a souvenir shop but according to me, the items there are a bit over-priced.
