Very bad experience with tour Manager in Rajasthan trip 2018. He had no any management knowledge, basic language skills very poor, and many more.

Please do not opt for this, unless you have a very very tight budget !!
I have travelled with them a few times...Things have just gotten worse !
Our tickets were wrongly booked multiple times.
The tour managers, themselves, have no clue about the places they are taking.
Food provided is just okkay.
Most of the time, the hotels they keep are just worse. Only at some places like Kanyakumari/ Manali, they arranged places which can be considered up to the mark.

Simply disappointed. Very amateurish , poor planning, down market tour operator. Due.to their poor planning , could not see Jaipur and Udaipur properly !! How.can one finish Jaipur within half day ? This is the first and last time I am travelling with this operator. However, Staff behavior is.good and warm.
