Have to provide pnr no to get entry, charges are 10 rs per hour , seat and arrangements are decent.

Located on 2nd floor so you have to carry luggage all the way up there. Seats are few so most people are sitting/sleeping on floor. Washrooms are not clean enough. There is a speaker installed so that announcements on the platforms can be heard inside. Mobile phone charging points are plenty so you won't have trouble with that.

The waiting room is at second floor so you will have to carry your luggage through stairs. The staircase is located just left to the entrance of new complex. I kinda found it hard to locate.

There is not enough room for all the passengers so some people were comfortably sitting on the floor with newspaper under the seats of their pants.

You can charge your mobile phones though and also take a bath ????. A valid ticket PNR for an AC Class is required to enter the hall.

For some reason, the AC was not functioning for the first hour or so when we reached there. But it was much better than the hustle bustle of the platform.
