Today I visited your Vivo exclusive store at Junction Mall, Durgapur, W.B. at around 5:45 pm to buy a Vivo V27. I asked your salesman the price to which he replied "jo likha hai wahi padega, original ka woh price padega". He didn't even came to show me the phone. I asked him what he meant to say by original ka price. He said "online ka price pe aur sasta mein chaiye toh aapko bahar mil jayega Kam rate mein". Firstly I went to buy the phone and I never bargained or compared the rate with online as i have not checked the price online because I don't buy online. This kind of replies and behaviour is totally unacceptable and disrespectful. I was carrying full cash to buy the phone but instead of dealing with me he himself started comparing the rates with online with some original & duplicate logics and asked me to buy from outside.

Now, i have decided not to buy a Vivo phone ever because if this is the way Vivo deals with its customers then I would surely buy a Samsung or realme or oppo or redmi. Vivo are employing salesmen without giving them proper training as to how to deal with customers. Not all customers bargain. My brother was also thinking to buy a Vivo t2 next week but he will also buy some other brand.
