One of the best hospital in durgapur.Nice treatment and facilities,advance technology.Doctors and other staffs are behave well.

They are displaying that this is 5th best hospital in India. I'm surprised! How could it possible? Who had blindly given this view & in which criteria? I think this is one of the worst hospital based on service. Actually they don't know about hospitality. Except few staff (like Ms Mili Mondal & other girls at reception) behaviour of all staff is very rude. For example one lady (assistant Rubina Khatun), her behaviour like a MD doctor. She doesn't know the basic of hospitality. One other staff (lady name don't know..at USG enquiry desk) very rude. The management should focus on it. This is a private hospital but looks like a government hospital except bills.

Very very good medical facilities available along with good doctors. Especially cardiac treatment is the best in the town.
