@hospital owner / head authority,

This hospitals treatment system is very very good. But data entry department is worst. Even trey couldn't copy the proper spelling from paper to key board. They make a that type of mistake with me on February 2023, and I'm still suffering for that. From last 4 months daily I'm taking follow up, but till the time spelling is not rectified. Very very disappointed.

I worked there for 1 year and the management is also awesome. It's not that much expensive like other hospitals. The behaviour of all the staffs are really unbelievable. Very much impressed ????

They literally have a Timing issue regarding OPD patients, their staffs are so Rude & illiterate that words might not be enough to describe that, they can’t even pronounce their patients name correctly even after correcting them repeatedly. They don’t allow advance booking for OPD, on my last visit I waited more than 3hr so this time before my vist I requested them to take my booking on Call but they refused me Infact they again asked me to enter within 3:00 pm to 3:30pm after reaching on their schedule I got my appointment after 10 patients & the most irritating part was doctor arrived at 4:40 pm n m still waiting with my patient & hopefully this is gonna be my last vist on this so called hospital.
