Windamere hotel is a Heritage and, the plantation suite offered a glimpse into the old days of the British Raj. The testimonials of the previous guests are proof that then and now despite the challenges, the hotel has evolved admirably.
We had the breakfast included with our suite and, it was very tasty and cooked to perfection.
A very big thanks to the housekeeping team for placing hot water bags underneath the blankets every night before bedtime.
And also a kind thanks to their MD Elizabeth for her amiable hospitality and keen attention to the guests.
We were able to connect more deeply as a family and understand each other more in such a serene, calm setting.

Hotel is good but it's overpriced.
Washroom is not upto mark with issues in hotwater flow.
Breakfast options is limited and Services is Okay.

On enquiring i came to know same view hotel anyone can get in range of 4-5k/night and can save 15-20k/night.

I hv booked a suite room on 7/6/23, for three nights- 9/6/23 to 11/6/23 they did not send booking confirmation on 7th despite receipts of 50% of total room tariff. After repeated pursuance, they send it on 8/6/23. The so called suit room is shabby even the drinking water is not there in the Room. No balcony, no view from the room. I have felt cheated. Room tariff is not justified. Think twice before booking the hotel. Go
