Exorbitantly high rate with zero service. I stayed in the rooftop room no 501 which happens to be the most expensive room in this home stay. There is nothing called housekeeping, cobweb hangs from ceilings, furnitures have a later of dirt. The worst part in there in nothing called room service, you wouldn't even get a glass of hot water(forget tea/coffee). No electric kettle, hardly any toiletries. Only one 2 litre bottle was given during our stay of 2 days. Not at all a comfortable place to stay specially if you have kids or elderly in the group. The only positive part of this hotel is the rooftop which has got a splendid view of Kanchenjunga with the town in the forefront.

Great experience.. the rooms were cozy and the hospitality was great.. also the location is great... the view from the first floor rooms were not that great however the stairs are accessible and the view from the terrace is amazing... all in all, would highly recommend this hotel.

Clean, comfortable rooms, friendly staff, and a dining room covered with Tibetan artefacts with a great view of Kangchejunga on clear mornings, and excellent value for money. Wonderful customer service; when I left a shirt behind they mailed it on for me. Highly recommended.
