Very bad rooms and toilets. A vert big bug sitting on the toilet. Imagine if it crawls on somebody. We found bug in 2 rooms. Very bad beds and weird smell in the room.
In conclusion I would like to say that if you ever come to darjeeling, never stay at this hotel.

Rooms are good with great mountain view. Service is good and I would really appreciate Bondita for her co-operation. Food is good but not great. Overall had a good experience.

It was a splendid experience staying at your rooms..... the window view as well a ge courtesy of the staffs were excellent...the food was really healthy and tasty.....
