Very bad experience we got with Javed and Rajendra. They are very money minded, once get money they switch off mobile. We didn't get good vehicles as promised. On top of that drivers don't switch on AC way back to Siliguri with explanation that they are not paid off for AC. We had to pay extra charges from our pocket for it. All hotels booked by them were not upto the mark. They don't stick to their commitment and vey bad behavior with tourist. I prefer to book your package with government Authorized agency.
