We went to have snacks in the restaurant. The waiter is a rude guy. He was literally throwing a menu on the table. The most disturbing part of the experience was he wiped his hands with tissue and he kept those used tissues on the front plate of us while we were still having tea. When confronted he is like this is to be thrown only. Our mistake was to think this is a prime location in front of the station and let's grab a quick tea. Worst experience of my life. Poor hygiene. Never recommend to anyone.

staff behaviour is not good specially reception and manager talk people with very rudely ... Opinion of mine : broken window, dirty room , bedsheet ,pillow cover, blanket are very dirty so not recommended for any one and collect extra charge in cash and say you are comlaint any where idhar ka police sirf hamari baat manti h

A prime location in Darjeeling. The balcony gives a view of Darjeeling station(toy train) and valleys surrounded. Service was good. But you will be disturbed by local hawkers in room as they come up to sell tea and woolen stuff. MOST IMPORTANT if you are looking for a peaceful stay DO NOT visit this place. Service was good
