A heritage place & mosque in Hoogly. Even being a heritage site the place is not being maintained well at all. The pics are enough to explain. There is a clock tower that can be climbed to check the machinery of the clock & enjoy the scenic beauty from the above.
There is a sun dial clock also that gives enough accurate time. The place has a historic importance, so the maintenance would have been better. Although there is enough space still there are some issue for parking of vehicle in this place. Local guys charge you 50 rupees. This is supposed to be not authorized.

This is a must visit place in Bandel tour. Such an amazing heritage place situated in the bank of river Ganges.the view from the clock tower is so peaceful. Entry fee is just 10rs for a person. You can spend entire evening there by seeing those amazing architecture and go for a boat ride also.

A heritage place situated on the banks of River Ganges. Reminds of the stalwart architectures of bygone days. A beautiful courtyard which has a mini pool with fountain in the middle. Good place for spending a day which can be as well accompanied by the fresh air while sitting by the banks of the river. Also, boat ride is available if you want a tour through the river. Chargeable at no fixed rates and negotiable.
Do visit to embrace history and harmony at the same time.
