The Bong Biryani

I seriously don't know how people are giving 5 stars.
We went to the shop and asked for Biriyani. We were informed that only Mutton Biriyani was available. So we went for Mutton Biriyani. They took out the Biriyani from handi and then warmed it over pan. We were stunned by the process. Still we were optimistic. When the Biriyani came to our table, lot and lot of oil was there. It tasted no where near to Biriyani and tasted like masala rice. The Mutton piece was good. And to the utmost bad experience found 2 piece of hair in the plate. And then it costed rs 180 per plate. Rs 180 for this was way too much. Don't know if i will dare to try here once more.

So now, we got update that there were only 2 plates of Biriyani left and that's why so much oil was there. So first thing is, this had to informed to us, when we asked for it. And even if we consider the oil, warming Biriyani over pan and then serving, is no where justified. And then what about the taste, it didn't tasted anywhere near Biriyani. It was a oil soaked masala rice. And then what about the two pieces of hair. And all these for Rs 180. Too over priced.

Had biryani from this place a couple of days back. Tasted really good and the price is damn cheap. Must have for all the biryani lovers out there! I had the aloo biryani with chicken chaap and loved it.

Last day i had biryani from the bong biryani. The taste was awesome. First time in cgr I had the tastiest biryani.
