"Stone Chariot" At Gardarwaja, Katandhar,(Municipal Ward No.1), Bishnupur, Bankura, West Bengal, Was Built In The 17Th Century According To The History. This Laterite Made Chariot Was Declared As A Monument Of National Importance In 1927. It's Present Condition Is Very Poor Due To The Lack Of Care And Maintenance.

The detailing is very beautiful. The curving is very minute. The structure is still standing which is very surprising. No tickets needed. There is no security guard there. Locals protect this beauty.
