There is no option of giving Zero star though they don't deserve that also. Most unprofessional and arogant staffs.
Rooms are very dirty, they don't bother to provide water bottle, toiletries.
To order a food you have to come to ground floor from 5th floor as their intercom is not working and their staff don't have time to pick up call.
This type of hotel should not run their operation.

Management is not good. Rooms are good and clean. But room service management is very bad. Basically who are doing the billing, updating wrongly. If you take 6 bottle of water, they are billing 12 bottles, so careful for visitors. Suggest to visitors avoid phone booking.

From outside the hotel is good but there are rats in the room . In the bathroom the toilet does not flush properly you have to add extra water through the bucket and the hanger in the bathroom also falls off . The food quality is good but very high price . And there service is not good. Overall they have wasted money for the building but not for the room .
