Worst service ever..If I could, I would give negative rating..staff are not dedicated to sell high end product of the company..nothing to say about the stock of the products..while a particular newly launched TV is available in all the stores of asansol, durgapur and kolkata, samsung smart plaza, Bankura has no stock of it and even they can't manage it from other store to satisfy the customer's demand. There is a smart plaza in Bankura, still the customers of Bankura is to buy the company's product either from outside or to switch to another brand..will never recommend anyone...

Only samsung product available here, like samsang tv, fridge, smart tv, smartphone, washing machine & others samsung product.

Also you can buy finance/ EMI
