The hotel is good and has good ambience.
Foods are good. Overall had a good experience.

Bad behaviour from the staffs. Don't know from where the waiters came from, asking to give the used plates by ourselves. Worst service ever faced. The taste of food was not satisfactory.

Amazing service with great hospitality. Present just at the heart of the town and highly recommended if you are planning to stay at Bankura. Rooms are spacious, cleanliness is top notch and have a wide variety of food options which are delicious and reasonable too. Loved our stay!
