Poor management. They actually don't know hospitality. This is not a health care centre, this is pure business point. They book advance appointment for local person only & if you come from 50-60 km distance your number will put after reaching here and you should ready to wait 4-5 hours. Very poor service.

Medicine counter does not take UPI untill the amount is 300 n above. I don't understand the logic. Rude behaviour by counter person aswell.
Instead UPIs are basically used to eradicate issues where there is no spare change available and we can pay even small amounts.
Please allow the UPI to accept any denominations of money so any category of people can pay.
