1, Very poor management.
2, Behaviour of nurse or back office not good.
3, Source factor is very pathetic environment for this nursing home.
4, Nurse or back office stuff are not done a transparent deal with patient.
5, Among all this things also I have only one positive point regards Dr Anup mandal, treatment and surgery was successful and it's done efficiently.

In this nursing home medical facilities are very good .But I faced one problem that is lack of wating place. overall staff behaviour doctor's behaviour are also very nice and friendly.but please do something about waiting place.

Great and best doctor available with good infrastructure. My mother got beter treatment from their. nice hospital eye hospital.
