Very poor service for bank staff.

Possibly the worst customer service I have ever encountered in a bank. The bank manager was extremely rude and kept yelling even when I was speaking softly. My father is a senior citizen (73 years) and even he was treated badly. Its not a big surprise that the bank looked deserted while SBI Asansol had a long queue. I will not recommend anyone to consider this bank.
