Never ever buy any product from this shop. I had bought Whirlpool Refrigerator from this shop. They provided me an old model and said that its not old model, company just changes label on the refrigerator. After 7 months, the refrigerator stopped working and on calling the shop they said that i need to call at service center. I called service center, the agent came after one week and said that one part needs to be replaced for which he needs to place order and it would take one week for the product to come and then he would replace it.
Its now approximately one month, he neither came to replace nor picking my phone. I again complained at customer service center but still no one came. They just say that they are looking into the matter and would resolve the problem soon.
In my view, the major fault is of Modern Electric Store who supplied old model. So i would recommend not to buy any product from this store. Better buy from online store.

Just stay away from the. Never ever buy any product from this shop. Forget about the service, they are selling fake/old products by marking higher price. I purchased a RO from them and the person whom they send for installation created a whole mess in the flat. The person broke the main water supply pipe and ran away by saying he would come in five min and then suddenly disappeared. I had to get repaired the whole pipe on my own cost. Also their service is so bad that it its hard to believe how the big companies have made them authorised dealer. Wish I could give them minus stars; they don't deserve a single star!

Very bad experience shopping here - they don't treat you with courtesy and simply supply you the display pieces which they have been using all year to display to other customers. In my TV which they sold me the seller's Gmail was signed in proving that they have been using these for their own purposes. I would advise other buyers to have a look a the TV's in stores and place order from Amazon so that the seal of the company is protecting your first use rather than a second use purchase
