Mr Prakash at the counter and sales girl Ms Aanchal Diwaan , don’t know how to treat the customer. They had pathetic behaviour, very unprofessional. Will not recommend this store to anyone. Zero hospitality of staff. Worst staff till now acknowledged. I would like the authorities to see , that the franchise is not defamed kz of your unprofessional staff

Today i had gone for shopping at madame for second time. I have taken two tops and i have noticed one top was defective but i did payment until then. I asked him for replacement but owner said only one piece is there but they cant refund. He claimed no brands give refunds but no brand give defective pieces as well. One of the worst experience and will strong not recommend this shop . The dealing of owner was super bad
