I have been practicing the sanjivini symbol and the rakaha kawach for almost a month and I feel powerful. I once experienced Shivji’s presence during the practice and this was one of the most surreal moments. I am so blessed to have learnt this healing practice from my guruji. The practice class also helped me focus on the other breathing techniques that build my energy. These were so powerful that even after less sleep in the previous night, I feel happy to go about my day. Overall, my energy has increased and I feel protected. I am so excited to see the long term effects of incorporating Sanjivini Kriya Shakti in my healing practice.

I recently had the privilege of attending a spiritual Yogic life management course under the guidance of my Guruji and teacher. The course covered many aspects of spiritual growth, including Yoga, Meditation, and practical tools for managing our daily lives.

The course was a comprehensive program that provided me with a solid recommendation for my spiritual journey.

The session conducted by Guruji was so strong & deep. The discussion section was filled with surprising concepts that everyone on the spiritual journey would always want to know. Through PLR session I was able to get the answer to my long-time question to self " Why I had to face this circumstances in this Life " . Thank you Guruji for all the guidances.
