My experience of 200 hours TTC course at the institute was phenomenal. All the teachers and support staff was excellent. It was life long memorable stay. Learning Yoga was a great experience. Food was great. Location of the institute is like living in nature’s lap. All together great experience. Thanks to all my yoga gurus for their great efforts in making it memorable.

I am Khandu Om from Bhutan, and I recently completed the 300hr Yoga Teacher Training at Rudra Yogpeeth in Rishikesh, a Multi-Style Yoga Teacher Training School. I am pleased with the competence of the trainers and appreciate them for sharing their profound wisdom.
The course not only explores the philosophical aspects of Yoga, detailing the lifestyle of a true Yogi, but also provides practical knowledge on maintaining physical fitness and cultivating a peaceful mind.
I must highlight the excellent quality of the food; the meals were delicious, and the institute offered great hospitality.
