This course works admirably at contextualizing the idea of Hatha Yoga and its establishing theory, while you grow physically and actually as an educator. It widens your comprehension of every asana and pranayama technique associating the body, breath, and brain. I am amazingly happy I picked this course, as it is situated in a delightful area and trained by benevolent teachers that embody the soul of genuine Yoga.

I don’t think this place exists anymore. I went to this location but it’s nowhere to be found and the shop owners close by did not know it. I tried calling the number on their website and it’s out of service. So be advised, as far as I can tell this place is gone ⚠️

My 28 days here in Rishikesh Yoga Club rejuvenated my body and soul. The 200-hour yoga teacher training program is unique in many ways. Even though the course was extensive, the teachers made it all look so simple. Their knowledge and skill taught me to imbibe the principles of yoga in day-to-day life with ease. The serene surroundings and supportive staff enhanced this life-changing experience of mine.
Initially, I had thought that the course is going to be mentally and physically challenging. However, the course structure is meticulously designed. It is the main reason why, during the entire duration of the course, I never felt tired or perplexed.
What’s more, the location of the Rishikesh Yoga Club is just perfect. It is away from the hustle and bustle of the city. However, you will find a market, cafes, and restaurants nearby. I am definitely going to miss this place a lot.
