I had worst experience. I tried this because of good rating on google but it turned out worst.
I had called to know rate. Person on call told me the rate but when I called again to book, he increased the fare by saying there will be parking and toll charges. I told him that he would have said that on first call. He did not reply anything on that. I knew he is not good to do business with still I had to go with him because time was running out.
I booked, paid advance amnt and sent screenshot to him. Told him to share cab detail. He did not reply. I messages again. He did not reply. Then I had to call him and then he told me that driver will call me. I asked for vehicle number and he said there is no number as it is a new vehicle.
Driver called me before 1 hour of our arrival at junction. He asked us to come outside station. He did not park his cab inside premise to save parking money even though we had paid extra for parking and toll.
Whole journey, driver was driving cab single handedly. He was holding phone in other hand and talking to his girlfriend in double meaning which made our family uncomfortable. He put down his phone only when he saw police.
Upon arrival he was very rude too.
So overall, it was not a good experience and we also paid ₹160 extra. We also were frightened because he was driving cab with single hand on mountain and also was on call at same time.
