Joining Omkar Yoga Shala was the best decision I took for my yoga journey. Complete indepth knowledge with excellent support and guidance with Individual attention was provided. Gained amazing knowledge about asanas, it's alignment, the breathing pattern, anotomy, pranayama and dhosas.
Prakash Bhat sir was very supportive and his guidance and support was amazing.

Grateful that I chose Omkar Yoga Shala which made a huge lifestyle difference in my life.

Omkar Yoga Shala received my utmost gratitude for allowing me to join their classes. Prakash sir's teaching methods for performing yoga asanas were exceptional and I consider myself fortunate to have begun my yoga journey with them. The online classes provided by the school made a significant impact, and I would like to express my thanks to Mohan sir and Kannan sir for their beautiful explanations of pranayama and Ayurveda.
This implies that the Omkar yoga shala school offers a comprehensive curriculum that covers not only yoga asanas but also other aspects of yoga such as pranayama and Ayurveda.

I joined Omkar Yogshala for online teacher training course. It is one of the best Institute for learning Yoga, Pranayam techniques and Ayurveda. Teachers are really humble and knowledgeable.

It was a great experience to be a part of this Institute. Special thanks to Prakash Sir for his extra efforts and support.
