Very quiet and divine atmosphere. Enjoyed 2 night stay. Price is very low and includes 3 simple meals. Loved the meditation dome in the centre. If you are familiar of Swami Yogananda, the author of The Autobiography of a Yogi, and his lineage, you would enjoy here and see the value of this place.

heard lots of contradicting opinions about this ashram but always had an inner feeling that i wanted to go, went there and took the kriya yoga initiation ( its basically where you learn about the concept and the technique) and then practiced there for a couple of times. it’s a cool meditative chakra technique that you will enjoy helps me sometimes in my meditation. i would recommend giving it a try its for 3000 rs. and any more than that is given as donation. go on and try somewhere new and don’t put so many expectations it is a legit and super old ashram, some areas was renovated but i mean think more spiritual when you go there and enjoy ????

It’s very genuine traditional yoga center.
I highly recommend if you are serious seeker.
Room charge including 3 meals is 800 Rs. for couple, 550Rs. for a single.
And you can learn genuine yoga(meditation)
Meditation hall is very big, silent, good vibes and perfect for meditation.
