This hotel is just amazing. Location is awesome, property is luxurious. But the highlight is staff. Such a wonderful and cooperative staff. They even bumped us up to premium room. Excellent housekeeping, they even made elephant with towel art. Such a wonderful stay I had there with my family. We got Ganga view room and I would strongly recommend this hotel. It is bit expensive though!

WORST POSSIBLE EXPERIENCE! The photos are just a way to deceive people. The services are the worst. Basic amenities are not well met. Ambience is HIGHLY disappointing with practically NOTHING to do at the hotel. It is a joke in the name of what claims are made on the website. Will never recommend this horrible place to anyone. 4-star claims are actually true if it was 0.4 stars instead. One word - PATHETIC

I will definitely go back there just for the staff and their warm and loving care ❤️. All the staff there are ever willing to help and make your stay comfortable. Sadly the owner is not putting much effort in the upkeep of the hotel. It definitely needs some TLC. I hope to see some good changes the next time I visit ????. It has a lot of potential.
