Words cannot even begin to describe the deepest gratitude I have for Swami Rakesh through our time together in Rishikesh. I had the honour of being taught Kundalini by this kind and sincere individual over the span of 3 days and can personally attest that my life has been forever changed. Alongside the daily laughter we would share in practice, I enjoyed every minute expanding my knowledge and understanding of my own spirituality journey through breath-work, meditation, philosophy and diet, which I can now implement in my life moving forward. I’ve had the honor to take part in a Kundalini Yoga class with Swami Rakesh in Romania and I was impressed by his profound knowledge in the field of spirituality and also science. I learned some new valuable key aspects on the yoga practice that helped me a lot. He offered a new and interesting way in watching nature and energies related to it.
